Nominal diameter of the rivet body

It is divided into 6 standard series: 2.4mm, 3.2mm, 4mm, 4.8mm, 5mm, and 6.4mm.

Head shape & performance grade

Head shape: There are two main types—countersunk head and pan head.

Performance grade: Classified into 15 grades, including 06, 08, 10, 11, 12, etc. Among these, Grade 10 and Grade 11 open-end blind rivets are the most widely utilized in industrial applications.
